In the summer between your GMC and POC terms (usually between
sophomore and junior year) you will attend Field Training.
This is a chance to experience life in the Air Force on an
active duty base. In addition you will receive career orientation,
junior officer training, aircraft and aircrew indoctrination,
survival training, weapons familiarization, physical training,
and familiarization with the organization and the function
of an Air Force base.
